One family encountered a significant issue where they were misled regarding the presence of a sofa bed, leading to an uncomfortable arrangement for the night. Wi-Fi connectivity problems in the room were also frustrating, and breakfast failed to meet expectations. There was an incident involving an aggressive management response that added to an already disappointing atmosphere, which is a glaring miss for a hotel aiming for a family-friendly feel.

Kids loved the pool and convenient location
The hotel was perfect for our family getaway, especially with the kids absolutely loving the pool. The bathroom amenities were a refreshing change from what we’ve experienced at other places in Italy. One thing to note is that the breakfast could use some improvement, as it didn't meet our expectations.
